Refund policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

A. Instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TTEC Glass Solutions GmbH, Saarpfalz-Park 308, 66450 Bexbach; email: service@glasfraktur.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post, fax or email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another unequivocal statement electronically on our website at https://glasfraktur.de/pages/kontakt. If you use this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without delay, for example by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned to us by post and require freight transport, the direct return costs are estimated at a maximum of EUR 50.00 per item. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return them to us in packaging suitable for transport, with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage in transit.

2) Please ensure sufficient postage for the return. Returns sent with postage unpaid will be accepted, but may lead to delays or additional administrative effort.

3) Please note that compliance with points 1–2 above is not a condition for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
